Following an incredible first run, New Century Noodles is returning for August 2025 — bringing back our signature mochi-style bánh canh noodles in a soulful, street-side inspired broth.

Rooted in family legacy and reimagined through a modern culinary lens, New Century Noodles is more than just a bowl of soup — it's a love letter to Vietnamese comfort food. Inspired by my family’s fabric store, New Century Fabrics, This project is woven from heritage, heart, and the joy of sharing food with community.
