Growing up, our family ran a beloved childhood store called New Century Fabrics — a symbol of hard work, community, and tradition. Today, I’m honoured to preserve that legacy while putting my own spin on the name through my culinary journey. With my chef skills and passion for Vietnamese cuisine, I proudly present New Century Noodles — a celebration of heritage, innovation, and connection.
