Our fourth NewDadsSea&Sauna session for the year is on Saturday 6th April , and we can't wait to share this space with you. This is an opportunity for connecting with other new dads while resetting our body system with a sea-sauna immersion. We will feel the heat and run, and get in the sea and run, a few times. There will be an invitation for brief check-ins and also to set intention(s) either for the day, week, month, year... and to leave behind what you don't need in your life. We are doing this once a month so keep an eye on this space.
