Event description

Number 5 is here!!! Our fifth NewDadsSea&Sauna session for the year is on Saturday 1st June , and we can't wait to share this space with you. This is an opportunity for connecting with other new dads while resetting our body system with a sea-sauna immersion. We will feel the heat, the cold sea, we will breath and reset. There will be an invitation for brief check-ins and also to set intention(s) either for the day, week, month... We are doing this once a month so keep an eye on this space.
