Event description

Our sixth NewDadsSea&Sauna session for the year is on Saturday 3rd August, and we can't wait to share this space with you. This is an opportunity for connecting with other new dads while resetting our body system with a sea-sauna immersion. We will feel the heat, the cold sea, we will breath and reset. There will be an invitation for brief check-ins and also to set intention(s) either for the day, week, month... We are doing this once a month so keep an eye on this space.
