What Is New Earth Metta Breathwork?

New Earth Metta Breathwork is a gentle self-healing practice designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional integration, and heart-brain coherence.

Through guided breathing, music, body awareness, and fascial manoeuvres, participants are supported to access deeper states of relaxation and subconscious processing. Fascial manoeuvres can help release tension held within the body's connective tissue and have been shown to reduce stress levels by up to 75%.

As stress and stored tension are released, many people experience greater emotional balance, mental clarity, vitality, and a deeper connection to themselves.

What Happens During A Session?

Participants lie comfortably on a mat with their eyes closed and are guided to use their breath as a tool for self-exploration and healing. Each experience is unique, allowing the body's innate healing intelligence to guide the process.

Please arrive well hydrated. We recommend drinking approximately 2–3 litres of water throughout the day before the session.

Ben offers one-on-one sessions that combine compassionate self-inquiry, fascial work, breathwork, and trauma-informed healing approaches to help uncover and transform unconscious patterns that may be limiting wellbeing and personal growth.

Drawing from his training in Rebirth Breathwork, Fascial Manoeuvres and years of experience facilitating transformational processes, Ben creates a safe space for deep healing, self-discovery, and nervous system regulation.
