We are super excited to be heading to Summer Hill GYM Sydney to share with you all an evening of Life changing Breathwork, Cacao Ceremony and Sound Healing Journey.

What to expect?...

We start with exploring your breath to discern how dysfunctional your breath may be. Then we experiment with the power of different breathing techniques to reverse common disfunction's looking at the Bio-chemical, Bio-mechanical and Cadence components of your breath, also learning how to up regulate and down regulate your nervous system, to optimise cell respiration and detoxification and integrate unprocessed emotions by exercising the diaphragm with conscious connected nasal breathing. This diaphragmatic breath de-activates the thinking pre frontal cortex area of the brain allowing areas of the brain that processes emotional memory to integrate. With the bodies natural healing intelligence guiding the process, the quality and content brought forth is unique to each person. While recurring sensations are common, no two sessions are ever the same.

Ben and Sarah are the founders of New Earth Cafe/Wellness store on the Sunshine Coast QLD and have been facilitating regular Wellness Retreats, Breathwork events, Sound and Cacao Ceremonies for the last 6 years and have facilitated groups of hundreds at well known festivals such as Woodford folk festival, High Vibes on the Mountain and Pranafest.

Ben is super passionate about the power of breath to heal and restore wellness for it was one of the factors that played a vital role in healing his own heart condition at 27 years of age. This inspired him to study Pranayama, Oxygen Advantage, Wim Hoff and Rebirth Breathwork to name a few.

Meeting Ben at the time of his healing Sarah also had reoccurring health issues that she was determined to heal with natural means which soon led her to become an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach specialising in Gerson Therapy, Mind set and Mental health therapies. Breathwork was a key to healing her own dysfunctional breathing due to a high speed car accident and emotional past trauma.
