Our bodies are a construct of vibration. Every part of the body has a healthy, signature frequency and when our organism is in harmony, this is health. Disharmony is dis-ease - a lowering of vibration from its natural, harmonic, resonant state.
Constructive interference is when coherent sound waves (energy entrainment) are used during a sound healing to reharmonise and tune up these diseased cells and bring the body back to sound health.
