NEW - French Patisserie - Fraisier
Fraisier is a French traditional classic dessert which is made in summer with fresh strawberries, genoise sponge, diplomat cream and strawberry syrup.
Those participants who have previously participated in a workshop with our French pastry chef, Tish, know she has an abundance of knowledge and good tips to impart.
Sandwich lunch included.
