A mat-based gentle yoga class incorporating asana and breathing to balance and restore the body, mind, and spirit.

Ajani Neighbourhood House is the focal point for the Bulleen–Templestowe community. We respond to the diversity of cultures, ages and abilities in the community by providing a wide range of quality courses and activities. These are in an accessible, welcoming environment.
