Give yourself the space you need to rest and digest with presence as you set intentions under the last new moon of 2023's energy. Unwind your body through Yin juiciness to the soothing music, release through gentle Breathwork, and bliss out to the sounds of live Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan bowls, Flutes, Chimes, and Vocals.

Destiny Wolf will be guiding you through a nourishing experience of connection, breathwork, yin, and sound healing.

This is a "come as you are" evening. We encourage you to get extra comfortable and come in your pajamas so you can drift off into a blissful rest.
