A monthly sisters space to connect, grow and rise. We align with the moon and evolve with intention!

I offer breathwork, meditations or rituals every session <3 We journal, share & zoom break out room so we meet different lovely humans each time.

We set intentions for the month ahead using the potent energy of the New Moon, and we keep each other accountable as we meet monthly.

I love how women used to gather together when they were menstruating and tap into their psychic gifts. I also love how women used to follow the moon as their guide in their natural cycles. I feel we’ve lost sight of that, you know?

This is my small way of bringing it back. I miss my witchy friends and humans from all over the world, let’s convene!

No pressure to meet every month! <3 BUT of courseeeeeee, like with most things, routine & consistency is what creates the magic <3

You show up at 7pm & then you will be guided through:

healing breathwork/meditation practice - create inner peace & connect to the present moment
connection with other sisters! - we share our new moon intentions/goals/energies of the moment

You will leave feeling peaceful, calm... and so wrapped up in that delicious nurturing feminine love!

I believe women heal one another when we share our stories, and these spaces often create the most powerful foundation for real healing and connection to take place.

Also! Using the New Moon energy is a sacred time of planting seeds & setting intentions... why not come along each month and watch how the accountability makes your 2025 sooooooar!

Keep belly light - try not to eat food for at least 1 hour before the session

Hi! My name is Camilla and I am so excited to hold space for you!

I first tried Breathwork in June 2021 and my life changed in that moment. I fully qualified in Breathwork Meditation and Ice Bath Facilitation in August 2022 with Cool2BeConscious (Australia) and since then...

I have facilitated on 100s of people- on beaches, houses, online, studios, cafes, and across Australia, New Zealand and Mexico. I am bringing the medicine home to London!

Breathwork has truly changed my life in profound ways ~

I went from living in high heart rate, stressed, never feeling good enough, people pleaser, afraid to express, drained, and unconsciously burnt out to free, highly intuitive, feminine, present, grounded, living radiantly
