What to expect...
This is a 2 hour practice that will take the following format...

Reciting the full Japji daily will balance all aspects of your Self and align yourself with your Soul. It is a Sikh Prayer composed by Guru Nanak, in the Gurbani language.It will feel foreign at first, to be expected, it's another language! Merging with the sacred sound vibration of this prayer, irrespective of personal beliefs, will align your Consciousness with Infinite Consciousness.ย
The JapJi is composed of 38 pauris, or stanzas, and each of those pauris is said to have a specific effect.ย
ย ย ย You are encouraged to enjoy the sounds and allow your tongue to hit the roof of your mouth (where many important meridians are) with the rhythm of theย words so that you can more deeply connect with the vibration.

To really deeply connect with your intentional life & rhythms,ย it's recommended that you keep a journal of each months' intentions. ย You can take this a step further and create actions for yourself and watch them come to be.ย Our reflections can really support us in integrating this process in our lives.
This practice is a container to hold each other in the space of possibility &ย energetic support, to witness & grow from what is showing upย collectively. ย
