Honouring the natural cycles of the earth, the cosmos and our bodies... take some time out to journey beyond the conscious mind - using breath and sound to transcend thoughts, to anchor yourself deeply in the present, and to work with the energy of the new moon to set an intention for the cycle ahead.

✨ conscious connected breath journey

✨ sound bath with Himalayan singing bowls and drumming

✨ integration and regrounding

Conscious connected breathing (or rebirthing breathwork) is a healing modality using the breath to access deeper states of consciousness. It is a simple breath technique available to anyone, with most of the session done lying down under blankets for warmth.

Set to music - with Himalayan Singing Bowls and drums - to bring deep vibrational healing to the body, and soothe the nervous system. Energy healing whilst you breathe helps to break through resistance and reach greater depth.

Benefits of conscious connected breathing are many, including:

- calm the mind

- boosts immunity

- find greater clarity

- calms the nervous system

- deep relaxation

It's a super cosy and warm space, and we'd love you to join us for herbal tea afterwards to ease you back gently.

Hope you can come along✨🙏
