Hello beautiful soul, I am so excited to be back in the Bay sharing this medicine with you at a time when connection, community and taking the time to tune inwards is so, so needed!

This is an opportunity to come together in sacred space to get out of the mind and connect with your heart and inner guidance. Here you can leave the "doings" of daily life at the door as you enter this calm and tranquil space, creating time JUST FOR YOU.

A time to BE, rather than do. To FEEL, rather than think. To LISTEN, rather than rush.

Through the beautiful heart opening medicine of cacao, the power of the breath (our life force) and mantra you will be guided to access deep states of meditation, where healing and intuition lives.

On a physiological level we will be switching on the parasympathetic nervous system (our rest and digest response). Most of us live our lives in the opposite, the sympathetic (stress response), rushing from one thing to the next, constantly connected to devices and multitasking, that our body struggles to naturally slow down. During this session you will switch out of this state and access deep states of peace and relaxation.

During this session you will access alpha and theta brainwaves. These brain frequencies are known to be where deep meditative states, hypnosis and access to higher dimensions and other realms are possible. It is also the state that allows for the brain to rest, heal and repair. When paired with the divine Spirit of Cacao you can access subconscious and superconscious states, that are not accessible during waking (and even a lot of meditation experiences).

From this place you will be guided though a meditative journey to access the higher consciousness that is available to you, from a place of unconditional love and connectedness.

My intention is to hold space for you to be seen, expressed and loved exactly as you are, with safety and compassion.

My belief is that you have all of the wisdom inside of you, I am not here to tell you what you “should” feel or experience but to guide you to access what is FOR you in this moment. This is a time to tune in, rather than out, to connect with yourself and be held in a space of safety and non-judgement among like-minded souls. No prior experience with cacao, breathwork or meditation necessary.
