New Moon Cacao Ceremony

If you wish to take some time to slow down, connect with your heart space and set intentions under the new moon, you are in the right place ❤️ 🤎 

Ceremonial Cacao is a gentle heart opening plant medicine. It is said to bring you to a state of grounded euphoria. The spirit of cacao, Mama Cacao, brings us a gentle, compassionate feminine energy which is nurturing and supportive when doing inner work in ceremony 🤎

The new moon comes each month and brings with it an opportunity to start fresh, it's a time to set intentions for new beginnings. We will be inviting in and harnessing the energy of the new moon in Leo, which propels us forward with bursts of energy and enthusiasm. 

The ceremony will consist of connecting to intention and cacao, breath work, meditation, followed by some journaling and finally the closing circle. And of course, an optional ocean cleanse. I like to infuse distant reiki throughout the ceremony to allow participants to come to a place of balance, a state of equilibrium. ✨ 🧘🏼‍♀️

To bring: 

~ An open heart 💕

~ A journal and pen 

~ Towel / blanket to sit/ lay down on and for some extra cosiness (optional)

~ Swimmers (optional) 

Location:

The ceremony will take place on Tallow beach, the part off Clifford St, behind Suffolk Community Hall. 

Ceremonial grade Cacao (Keiths Cacao) will be provided. 🤎🍫 Try to avoid heavy meals 2-3 hours before ceremony. Avoid coffee or a lot of caffeine for at least 4 hours before consuming cacao. This will ensure you get the most out of your cacao experience 💕 If you are taking heart medication or serotonin releasing medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, please let me know as a lower dose may be needed.
