Come together in sacred space to get out of the mind and connect with your heart and inner guidance. Here you can leave the "doings" of daily life at the door as you enter this calm and tranquil space, creating time JUST FOR YOU.

This is a time to BE, rather than do. To FEEL, rather than think. To LISTEN inwardly, rather than outwardly.

Through the beautiful heart opening medicine of cacao and the power of the breath (our life force), you will be guided to access deep states of meditation, where healing and intuition lives, as you come back to your most natural state.

During this time you will experience:

Sacred Cacao Opening and intention setting - Connect with the Spirit of Mama Cacao. This incredible plant (yes, the purest form of chocolate) has the ability to connect us with our hearts, activate feelings of bliss, joy, satisfaction and awakening. Cacao has been used in ritual & ceremony for thousands of years and is known as the medicine of the heart. We will be welcoming her to support us in this journey, to find deeper love for ourselves and connection to the world around us, as we open our minds to see beyond the physical.

Guided Breathwork - This breathwork sequence will calm the nervous system and lower brain frequencies, to take you into a deep meditative state where you will be open to receive insights, visions, messages, healing and deep connection with yourself.

Meditation Journey - Lie down, completely let go and allow yourself to receive the wisdom that lies within as I take you on a journey into the pure, loving space of your heart.

No experience with any of these modalities is necessary. All are welcome here, you will be held and guided in a loving, sacred space to receive whatever this experience holds for you at this time.
