ONLINE -LIVE & RECORDED

I invite you to join me under the New Moon in Cancer to connect with our heart and body and surrender to the darkness of the moon. As we draw our awareness to the moon cycle, there is always an opportunity for us to learn a little bit more about ourselves.

This is the first new moon since the summer and winter solstice, and mid-way throughout the year, and so comes a time to assess what is and is not working and herald new beginnings.

You have the opportunity to drink cacao or another sacred drink medicine (water or herbal tea equally works well) during the gathering so if cacao medicine is calling for you, honour her call.

I will be guided by Spirit on the day as to what wants to come through for us, but it will likely look a little like this:

- Grounding and Opening Meditation

- Cacao Ceremony & Journaling Alchemy

- Intentional Movement Medicine

- Open share and discussion

- Reiki infusion

- Close

This event will be held online and if you can't make it live, the recording will be sent for you to make space and journey in your own time.
