Step into the stillness of the New Moon and reconnect with your inner rhythm during this nourishing evening of Yin Yoga and Sound Healing. The new moon marks a powerful time for intention setting, release, and inner reflection—the perfect opportunity to slow down, reset, and begin anew.

🧘‍♀️ Yin Yoga
Guided by gentle cues and deep, passive postures, Yin Yoga invites you to surrender and soften. Targeting the deeper layers of fascia and connective tissue, this practice promotes profound relaxation and emotional release.

🎵 Sound Healing
As you rest in stillness, be bathed in the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other sacred instruments. These vibrations work on a cellular level to clear energetic blockages, support nervous system regulation, and align you with your intentions.
