New Moon Dinner - Vietnamese

Join us on the New Moon in May to celebrate slow food, good friends and rich culture. This intimate evening will begin with the sun setting over Kandanga Farm where most of the ingredients for your dinner will have come from - truly slow food. This is authentic Vietnamese. 

Coming fresh from Vietnam, and having just settled on the Sunshine Coast, your chefs - Kelly and Matt have brought with them the authentic taste of their Saigonese home.  Passionately combining wholesome, organic local produce with Vietnamese flavours both delicate and delicious, they invite you to share in the delightful simplicity of their home-style Vietnamese cuisine.  While in the planning stages of opening a kitchen of their own in Noosa Heads, Kelly and Matt are proud to be partnering with the Kandanga Farm Store in showcasing the best of the Mary Valley’s organic beef together with the best in healthy Vietnamese food under the Autumn moon.

3 course set menu

Appetizer:   Pork & Prawn Deep-Fried Spring-Rolls, served with lettuce cups and authentic Vietnamese dipping sauce;
 

Entrée:  Organic K2 Beef in Lalot leaf, served on the skewer with herbs, lettuce and pickle, and authentic Vietnamese peanut sauce;
 

Main:  Hearty Organic K2 Beef Pho, cooked with beef meat-balls (not testicles) & K2 Organic Beef brisket, served with raw organic K2 Beef, bean sprouts, spring onions and mountains of fresh herbs.

Limited places and bookings essential as no walk-ins can be accepted on the night. 

No menu alterations possible sorry. 

A range of wines and beers and cocktails will be available for purchase on the night. If you are hoping to indulge please arrange a designated driver!
