Sun, Jan 18 | New Moon Circle

Theme: Reset, Release, Reimagine

The New Moon is a pause point. A quiet inhale before the next cycle begins.
Join us for an intentional New Moon Circle designed to help you release what no longer serves you and plant seeds for what’s next.

This guided experience may include:

Grounding and nervous system regulation
Reflective prompts and intention setting
Gentle somatic or meditative practices
Community sharing in a safe, consent-based space

Bring a drum! No prior experience needed. Come exactly as you are, leave lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself.
