Join us for a grounding New Moon experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and reset.

We'll begin with a feel-good vinyasa flow to gently open the body and release tension, followed by a guided sound bath to support deep relaxation and nervous system balance.

This New Moon in Libra invites us to reconnect with balance, relationships, and the way we create harmony in our lives. Libra is associated with connection, communication, beauty, fairness, and partnership. This energy encourages us to reflect on what feels balanced, strengthen the relationships that support us, set healthier boundaries, and create more peace and intention in the way we move through life.

We will gather in a shaded area of the park and create a comfortable space for practice together.
