A sound bath is a deep meditative experience where the listener is “bathed” in sound waves. The practice of healing bodies through sound is believed to have psychological, emotional, mental, spiritual and physical benefits on our mind, body and spirit. The intention is to create a state of harmony and help balance the energy field of the participant. Sound healing promotes relaxation, an increased sense of wellbeing and expanded awareness.

Through sound baths, we work with frequency and vibration to create a powerful meditative journey that helps bring greater clarity and awareness to our minds and hearts. Alongside this benefit is a chance to get in touch with our emotional bodies, the relationship we have with them, and how we can better understand the messages behind them.

Once we’ve processed and integrated the overall experience, we can then begin to make more conscious decisions that benefit our overall well-being.

We meet to create a safe space for:

• Sharing your story

• Setting intentions for the next month

• Enjoying a calming guided meditation

• Journaling

• Holding space for our collective and individual intentions and needs

• Feeling held, heard, supported, loved, and accepted

We begin each circle with an opening of the space and a short introduction of where we currently are in our lives or feeling that day.

We then sit in a guided meditation which sets the scene for our sharing.

We encourage listening, positive regard, compassion, love, and validation without judgement. Each sharing can include an intention setting for the full moon.

We will lie down and be guided through a second meditation for our intentions with a combined energy healing sound bath.

After the sound bath, each participant can share anything they wish to from the guided meditation or about their life and you are welcome to either share or to sit in space and listen and enjoy the atmosphere of support and love.

We will finish by closing our circle with gratitude, love and light.

Please bring the following for the Sound Bath:

- Yoga Mat

- Blanket

- Pillow

- Eye Covering (this helps to maximize the theta experience)

- Cushion to prop the legs up

- Water

- Wear comfortable and loose clothing

- Journal and Pen (Optional)
