Join Julia for the new moon in Libra!

An evening of Guided Meditation, Yoga Nidra and a healing Sound Bath.

Wear warm comfortable clothes, bring your favourite blankets and pillows, eye masks and Yoga bolsters. There will be a few extra pillows and blankets.

Starting with Gentle Breath-work, then Intention setting for our practice. Then heading into Guided meditation, Sound Bath and Yoga Nidra.

We will be laying down for the majority of the session in a supportive Savasana, so It’s important to be comfortable and warm.

The Tibetan sound bowls have been crafted with 7 precious metals to create the deeper tones that heal on a cellular level, and you feel them deeply in your body!
They’ve extremely powerful, and can shift blocked energy. They also take you on a journey of peace and calm. Bringing the body and mind back to homeostasis.

Trained in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, Julia became increasingly more interested in the Restorative Yoga and Yin practices. Realising in today’s world the need for everyone to slow down and connect back to themselves. Her passion is Guiding people into deeper Meditation, to find peace in their minds and some well deserved rest for the body. Julia studied with Cathie McGill, who is a highly regarded Hatha and Restorative Teacher, and Yoga Nidra Teacher and Trainer. She has taken part of several of her trainings and was lucky enough to join her as a fellow teacher on teacher trainings in 2018-2020. During lockdown Julia was supposed to study at Yoga Essence Ashram in Rishikesh in India. The course was changed to a online training, she completed a 100 hour Meditation and Yoga Nidra training from Swami Dhyan Samarth.
Trained and Mentored in Sound healing 2021-2022, by Lama Lonbsang Tender, who is a Master in sound and Mantra, and from the Gyuto lineage. Julia originally took the course to be more informed of the history and a deeper connection, and the origins of sound healing, to compliment her Restorative and Nidra teachings. She found most other courses out there were focused on too many modalities without one direct lineage. She was blown away by the healing effects of the amazing bowls and Gongs. After some deep healing journeys of her own she wanted to share this beautiful practice to many.
