Join us for a deeply nourishing New Moon Meditation Circle designed to help you reset, realign, and call in fresh intentions. Under the energy of the new moon—symbol of new beginnings—we’ll move through a gentle, grounding journey that blends mindful journaling, soothing sound healing, and soft, restorative yin yoga.

You’ll be guided to reflect on what you’re ready to release and what you’re ready to invite in, using journaling prompts that open the heart and quiet the mind. Then, sink into restful yin postures that melt tension and create spaciousness in the body. As you settle, therapeutic sound vibrations will wash over you, calming your nervous system and supporting emotional clarity.

This circle is an invitation to pause, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and plant soulful intentions for the lunar cycle ahead. A serene space to breathe deeply, soften fully, and begin again—supported, centred, and renewed.

What you need to bring:

Water bottle, preferred not plastic.
