I am so excited to welcome you to the land for a Sound
Bath with fire ceremony and cacao.

As part of the preparation please eat lightly and avoid any alcohol
before the event.

It will benefit you to ground yourself for a few minutes before you
arrive, either taking a time out in nature during the day or arriving
early to ground here on the land.

TIME AND DIRECTIONS

Time: 7pm - 9pm
Location: 82 Matapihi Station Road, Matapihi, Mount Maunganui.

When you arrive at the address keep going to Hoskins road as the entrance is round the back
of the property.

Take a right onto Hoskins road and the entrance is the first gate on
the right, you'll see the white Belle tent and you can park outside,
follow signs for the Soul Sanctuary.

If you have any issues finding the location or get lost please ring me
on 021920185.

Please bring cushions, a camping mat, blanket and anything else you
need to make yourself comfortable, I have yoga mats and cushions and
some blankets. I also have eye masks for you all.

You may also want to bring a water bottle, journal and pen.

There is an option to leave straight after the event, or stay and have a cup of sleepy
tea and share informally. The choice is yours!
