Join us on Sunday May 5, 2024 at 5:30PM for a 60-minute immersive sound bath led by Kelly. Experience the powerful healing frequencies of Tibetan singing bowls and immerse yourself into a deep state of tranquility. This sound bath focuses on connecting to the breath, quieting the mind, and setting intentions as we enter a new moon cycle.
Sound healing is an ancient wellness practice that relaxes the body and mind, reduces stress and anxiety, improves sleep and circulation, increases focus, and promotes overall well-being. Mats, blankets, and eye masks will be provided.
