Our Deep State Sound Journeys merge sound and breath to restore balance and inner calm. These sessions are designed to minimize cortisol levels (stress hormones) and switch the normal waking consciousness (beta state) to reach alpha or beta state, a relaxed and meditative consciousness. This promotes spaciousness and inner shifts from the stressful anxious mind to a calm and peaceful state, aiding in shifts in perspective.

Transitioning into this new season proceeding the Autumn Equinox, we land on a potent New Moon. An opportunity to tune into the self and what we want to call forth in our lives. We will begin with a guided meditation to drop into the space and set intentions for this new cycle. You may simply soften into a full relaxation mode or actively tune into your perspectives to unravel what is in your way of achieving what you've set out for.

Our sessions involve a fusion of handpan, crystal sound bowls, shamanic medicine drums and various sound tools to facilitate the inner journey.
