Join us @ Mystic Bean for 1.5 hour immersive experience of relaxation, balance, calm and healing for the mind body and soul.

Sit or lay on a yoga mat or lounge chairs take in the healing vibrations of the shamanic drum, rain stick, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, Didgeridoo, as well as shamanic music and toning.

By using rhythm and frequency, we can modify our brainwaves to down-shift our normal beta state (normal waking consciousness) to alpha (relaxed consciousness), and even reach theta (meditative state) and delta (sleep; where internal healing can occur).

What to expect:

This event is designed for singles, couples, families and friends to come together to feel the power of sound and vibration is within your own body.

We have a Crystal Tree from our friends at Crystal Forest Gem Trees (Small Central Coast Business) for 1 lucky person to give away at each session.
