I invite you to join me on this New Moon to let go of what no longer serves you, allow me to drop you in to a sound healing journey to clear out that old stagnant energy.

So what is a Sound Healing Immersion you may ask??
Given that everything has a vibrational frequency, including ourselves, it makes sense that sound frequencies impact how we feel.
Sound healing is an ancient meditative practice that uses different musical implements to create healing vibrations around the body in a meditative state which help bring the body into a state of vibrational balance and harmony

So, how does it work? During a sound healing session, also known as a sound bath, you'll typically lie down on the floor or a yoga mat, and simply listen as a practitioner plays a variety of instruments and you "bathe" in the soothing sounds and vibrations. The sound frequencies slow down brain waves to a deeply restorative state, which activates the body's system of self-healing.

Sound healing can help you clear energetic blockages thus help facilitate healing on a physical as well as mental level.

What to expect?
I plan on dropping you into what I like to call a “vortex of vibration” weaving together Shamanic Drumming, Shamanic Rattle, Crystal Bowls, Himalayan Bowls, Gong, Rav Drum and my voice as well as other instruments and sound healing tools.
Ashley will guide you on journey within and allowing you to take the time to stop and re-charge.
I invite you to join me to de-stress at the end of the week and setting your-self up for the week/weekend ahead.

Yourself and comfortable clothes and water..
You will need to bring bolsters/pillows/cushions and blanket(s), feel free to bring anything else you need to feel comfortable on the night.
