Let the Soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, drum, chimes, and more, wash over you creating a meditative state that calms the mind and nourishes the soul. Nestle into your cozy spot, breath deeply, and allow the harmonious frequencies to realign your energy.

The new moon's energy and the resonance of sound will guide you toward clarity and renewal, you will leave feeling refreshed and grounded.

After we clear the stagnant energies from our body and mind, we will write intentions for spring manifesting on paper embedded with flower seeds, to plant into the awakening earth, to grow and blossom with the season.

Join Stephanie from Harmony Within Holistic, as she opens portals and channels energy through her beautiful sound instruments for an otherworldly experience.

To make the most impact, join in on Friday evening on Zoom for Lunar Archetypes: Kundalini Yoga Awakening the Manifesting Energy of the Maiden. If you sign up for both, the yoga practice is only $8.88.
