New Moon Wishing

This is an opportunity to gather under the new moon with a group of heart-led women to adventure into your wishes and creatively set your intentions for the month.

Feed your spirit. Listen to your heart. Be creative.

We will use a combination of mindfulness, heartfulness, creativity and arts making to really explore who we want to be and enliven what we want our lives to look/feel life.

This monthly group is facilitated by Tamara Ruberan - a fully qualified counsellor and arts therapist. Although this is not a therapeutic group, Tamara's counselling and arts therapy skills will ensure that this group is held in a safe, supportive, creative and deeply empathic space.

All arts making materials and vegan treats are included.

Please note: this group is for women, and those whose experiences align with women, who are over 18 years of age.
