October New Moon Women's Circle, Cacao Ceremony, Intention Setting & Kundalini Goddess Activation.

The new moon signifies the beginning of a cycle and we can think of it as a cosmic reset. This is the perfect time to set intentions and goals for the coming cycle and can provide us with a sense of direction. This event is for women only. We will begin with a cacao ceremony and intention setting before moving into a Kundalini Goddess Activation. There will be time for journalling and light refreshments and a sharing circle after the session.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING A SESSION?
You lie down on a mat and some music is played. At times the facilitator will touch or press some of the chakras or meridian points on your body and at other times she will simply hold or move her hands above you. That's what happens externally. Internally, a wide range of phenomena can occur… from spontaneous movements, to emotional catharsis, lights and visuals or feelings of bliss. Some consider it a purifying experience or something that gives them deep insights or realizations, and release can happen physically, mentally, energetically, and emotionally. It’s truly beyond anything words can explain – just come and experience the magic!

PREPARING FOR THE SESSION
- Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled.
- Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Try to avoid metal zippers or snaps down your front. Bring an eye mask if you would like.
- Eat lightly if at all before the session. An empty stomach is best, but a light snack such as fruit is fine.
- If you are a meat-eater, try to refrain from meat a few days ahead of time.
- No coffee, alcohol or use of other substances before session if possible.

LOCATION

The venue is above Cho Cho San restaurant. You enter through the same door as the restaurant and go straight upstairs to level one. Please give yourself plenty of time to find parking as it can be difficult in this area. It is a 10 minute walk from Kings Cross station. Door will close 10 minutes after start time. There is a Secure car park on Elizabeth Bay Rd which offers parking for $15 after 6pm.

CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES

Please inform the host at least 12hrs prior to the session if you are unable to attend and you will be able to change your session. If after this you will forfeit your ticket.

*I understand that the process of Kundalini Activation may involve physical movements as well as an opportunity for stress reduction and improved mental well being. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious, disabling or fatal, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated.
