Each month, we will journey through a theme inspired by the real challenges and desires I see in my clients, whether it’s boundaries, self-care, intuition, abundance, healing the sister wound, or living your purpose. Using clearing and alignment techniques from Holistic Kinesiology, along with guided visualizations and sacred rituals, I will support you in embodying these teachings in your daily life.

But your intuition is your most powerful guide. It knows the way forward, even when logic doesn’t.

In our upcoming circle, we’ll reconnect with that inner compass, explore what blocks us from trusting it, and learn to align with its wisdom.

Here’s what you’ll experience:

✨ Sharing to explore moments when you’ve trusted (or doubted!) your intuition.
✨ Visualisation to meet your inner guide and receive its wisdom.

Sister, this is your invitation to step into a space of deep connection, where you can rediscover your intuition, strength, and creativity. A space where you are free to explore your desires, honor your emotions and embrace the fullness of your being.

Items you may wish to bring for your added comfort:

• Seating will be on the floor so please bring anything you wish to enhance your comfort (a cushion, low set camping chair, yoga mat, blanket)
• If you have a special journal and pen you wish to use for journaling.
