Using clearing and alignment techniques from Holistic Kinesiology, along with guided visualizations and sacred rituals, I will support you in embodying these teachings in your daily life.

But your intuition is your most powerful guide. It knows the way forward, even when logic doesn’t.

In our upcoming circle, we’ll reconnect with that inner compass, explore what blocks us from trusting it, and learn to align with its wisdom.

Here’s what you’ll experience:

Seating will be on the floor so please bring anything you wish to enhance your comfort (a cushion, low set camping chair, yoga mat, blanket)
If you have a special journal and pen you wish to use for journaling.
(Paper and pen will be provided if needed)
