Welcome to our monthly Lunar gatherings.

Together we will sit in deep ceremony, opening up the portal to our inner temples and offering our intentions for the year ahead lovingly cloaked by the energy of the new moon.

A safe & sacred space where each woman is held & heard.

As we flow through guided meditation & cacao ceremony, intention setting and sharing circle, gentle restorative yoga postures, sound & relaxation, we will honour the connection between the throat, heart & womb.

We will reflect, journal, set intentions for the month to come & let go of what we no longer need to carry.

Clearing out our wombs & hearts of stagnant energy to create space for deep self-love, joy, kindness, compassion, forgiveness, sensuality & creative expression.

You will leave this circle lighter & feeling more loved & connected within your own body & other women.
