SOUND & STILLNESS

A Yin Yoga & Sound Journey

Friday 13 November | Selby | Just 9 places

As the year gathers pace and the festive season approaches, we invite you to an evening of slowing down, softening and restoring.

A beautiful blend of Yin Yoga and immersive sound, designed to calm the nervous system, release accumulated tension and create space for renewed energy.

After a year of fire, activity and doing, this is an invitation to cool, settle and simply be.

Held in the comfort of our spacious Selby studio, this intimate evening offers time to reconnect with yourself, without expectation or effort.

What to expect

We'll begin with gentle, nourishing Yin Yoga, exploring longer-held postures that invite the body to soften and the mind to settle.

As we move into deeper rest, the sounds and vibrations of singing bowls and other instruments will surround you, offering an opportunity to experience stillness, spaciousness and deep relaxation.

Everything is provided for your comfort, with bolsters, blankets and props available to support your practice.

No previous yoga experience is necessary.

What you may take away

A calmer mind and more settled nervous system
Relief from physical and mental tension
A sense of spaciousness and renewed energy
Greater connection to your body and breath
A little more capacity to meet the busy weeks ahead

Not another thing to achieve. Just time to receive.
