New Moon Yin Yoga & Sound Healing

Relax, heal and recharge as you immerse yourself into 2 luxurious hours of yin yoga and sound healing, with a healthy treat provided afterwards.

Under the Cancer New Moon, you'll be guided through healing your emotions as you connect deeply with your inner self, and create space for new intentions to be set for the moon cycle ahead.

Yin yoga is a slower form of yoga that targets the connective tissues. Poses are held for anywhere from 2-10 minutes, and supported with props. Most poses are done in a seated position, or lying on the mat.

The sound healing will accompany the yin yoga experience, and consists of crystal singing bowls and other instruments to enhance your relaxation.

Located at The Playhouse Hotel in Barraba, you have the option to extend your stay at the Hotel for the evening.

Props will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own mat, blocks, bolster or blanket to enhance your comfort if preferred.
