The Scorpio new moon invites you to change and transform - and you're invited to evolve into your highest potential through the power of yin yoga and sound healing.

When we consider changing something in our life, sometimes emotions can hold us back, and we can feel energetically blocked. This New Moon session will guide you through releasing emotions and energetic blockages, so your energy can flow freely towards the direction you want to move towards.

Yin yoga is a slow, gentle form of yoga, where the poses are held for anywhere from 2-10 minutes. The poses are mostly performed in a seated position or laying down on the mat. Any injuries or conditions can be accommodated for.

You don't need to have any prior yoga experience for this session.

All props are provided for you (mat, bolster, blocks, eye pillows) but you are welcome to bring your own if desired.

Light refreshments will be provided after the event.
