POP UP CLASS ~ New Moon YIN YOGA & SOUND

A sacred space to ground, restore and reflect

The New Moon marks the beginning of a new lunar cycle - a quiet pause before the light begins to return. It offers us an opportunity to slow down, turn inward and create space for new intentions, possibilities and beginnings.

Rather than rushing towards what’s next, this practice is an invitation to simply become still enough to listen.

Through a combination of Yin Yoga and sound, we’ll soften the body, settle the nervous system and reconnect with ourselves.

We’ll move through a slow, mat-based Yin practice, gently working into the deeper layers of the body - the connective tissues, joints and fascia - while creating space for stillness and a quieter mind.

The practice will finish with a deeply relaxing sound bath, allowing you to simply receive and rest.

Suitable for all levels. Beginners are very welcome.

What to bring

• Yoga Mat

• Bolster (if you have one)
