Each session explores a different theme through breath work, mediation and yin shapes that melt us further into presence, relaxation and spaciousness. Suitable for all levels, perfect for those with busy lives wanting to slow down.

New moon dates:

The sessions are on the Tuesdays closest to the new moon each month:

Tuesday 16th of September *** ~ Special Yin & Massage event: We are joined by Augustine Ang, who will be offering an optional taste of Zenthai shiatsu massage while in some Yin Shapes.

Tuesday 21st October *** ~ Special Yin & Nidra event. Sink into various Yin shapes and close the session with a Yoga Nidra mediation. Yoga Nidra is a type of mediation that guides people into the spacious consciousness between waking and sleeping. It is deeply rejuvenating and relaxing practices. Improves mental clarity and supports sleep.

What is Zenthai Shiatsu?

Zenthai Shiatsu is a floor based bodywork inspired by Zen Shiatsu (acupressure), Thai Massage, Osteopathic Technique, and Chinese Five Element Theory. It is more than a massage - it is an "invitation to freedom" in the structural and energetic body by generating balance, support and peace.

Why yin yoga on a new moon?
We live cyclical lives. We are always changing and transforming through the phases of the day, night, months, seasons and years. Moon phases symbolise periods of reflection and renewal. The new moon in particular, is associated with new beginnings, intention-setting, and creating space for the inner quiet. It’s a time to pause, breathe, and tune into the natural rhythms of life.

Who is leading the Yoga sessions?

Hannah is an experienced Yoga teacher with a background in Psychology. She has over 250+ hours of Yoga Teacher Training and specialist training in Yin Yoga. Her experiences promote a wholistic approach to wellbeing and supports participants to better turn up for themselves and others in their lives.
