The New Moon is a New Beginning: We will prepare the physical body, the energetic body & the mind to sow in our subconscious the intention we want to grow.

The Journey

Pranayama: Breathing work, to balance our energy field and alignment with the energy of the new moon.

Meditation & Visualization: We will prepare the mind. Calm & Relax the mind, realising all what we don’t want to continue carrying. Opening the mind to be ready to sow the intention.

Yin Yoga: Totally passive yoga class, holding the postures for long time in order to stretch the deeper tissues of the body. Stretch & relax the fascia. Relaxing all the body, opening our heart to receive the intention.

Nidra Yoga: The sleeping yoga, with this powerful & save method we will access to the subconscious mind, where we will set the intention. Then the subconscious mind will take the intention to the conscious mind and manifest in our reality.

What to bring?

* Yoga mat or blanket
* Water Bottle * Wear comfy clothing
