Pauline + New Moves is Back online! 3 times only, in weeks 3, 6 and 9 of Term 3 2023. New Moves return with a slightly longer class of 75 minutes. It will be the familiar dance party but with more time for relaxation and meditation.

Book all three classes at the beginning of term and you will be sent a reminder. Still at 2.30 pm on Thursday August 3rd, 24th and September 14th 2023.

New Moves is a movement-based wellness program specifically designed for the mature female body. These fun-filled, dance-based classes are suitable for all ages, fitness levels, body types and backgrounds.

In a warm environment, you are welcomed into a circle of women moving freely to raise their spirits and keep their bodies healthy.

Please ask your friends to come along, so we can connect with as many women as we can. They do not have to be OWN NSW members. You can also make requests for music or dance choices.

A bit about Dr Pauline Manley:

I have decades of experience and I love to dance and I love to teach. I have a PhD in movement practices and all my classes are based in the latest research. Come along, you will love yourself for it.

I really look forward to seeing you online for a kick and a frolic.
