Each course is paired with a Wynkoop brew that’s been handpicked to push the experience further—from crisp and clean to deep and complex. These aren’t safe pairings. They’re thoughtful, layered, and paired by Head Brewer Kat Hess with the same intention Chef Corey brings to the kitchen.
Set in the heart of Denver’s OG craft brewpub, this dinner isn’t about fine dining—it’s about real flavor, great beer, and the kind of night that sticks with you.
