New Single Assessment Webinar and Panel Discussion

Purpose:

• Provide information and updates for the VIC 2 Region, from The Department of Health and Aged Care, and Single Assessment Organisations: Access Care Network Australia (ACNA), A
  PM (Serendipity), Aspire4Life, and Bodycare.
• Discuss the new single assessment process to streamline and improve the assessment experience for clients.
• Q&A session with a panel discussion hosted by Kate Pascale.

Format

• Online Information Session: Focused on delivering key information and updates.
• Panel Discussion: Addressing questions from attendees.

Target Audience

• CHSP Service Providers (team leaders, coordinators, managers, intake and service commencement staff, Single Assessment provider assessors).
