Sourdough Breadmaking Level 2
Once you have completed level 1, Nadine will help to expand your knowledge to add fruit, seeds, olives and parmesan to your loaves.
You will also learn how to make different shapes, focaccia and ciabatta.
Bring a 2 litre container with a lid and an apron to the workshop.
