The Sydney Walk for Mental Health is this year being held at the Royal Botanic Garden. You can choose to walk 3km, 5km or 10km. Signage and staff members will be around on the day to support you. The Sydney Walk is a perfect opportunity for the community to come together to raise awareness and advocate for mental health. Let’s all take steps towards mental health, whether that is physically or virtually, or both, and let’s make each step count!

Free face painting will be available for the young and young at heart.

The Walk for Mental Health will be warmly opened by Deputy Lord Mayor of Sydney, Councillor Jess Scully

Note that MHFA merchandise will be available for collection on the day at the event.
