New Spring Reconnect🍃 is an opportunity to pause, reset and explore a different approach to clarity, energy and inner balance.

Through guided meditation, Qi energy and gentle movement, you'll be introduced to practices designed to help you slow down, become more present and reconnect with yourself.

As nature awakens and the days become brighter☀️, spring is a beautiful time to refresh your energy, release what no longer serves you, and create space for new possibilities.

Join us for a nourishing introduction to the Sydney Qi Energy Method, combining meditation, Qi energy and gentle movement in a welcoming and uplifting experience.
