With a focus on the Queensland Department of Education Equity & Excellence framework, discussions will explore aligning this latest eSafety evidence with the framework. The agenda will discuss findings and frame them within school interests, including communication strategies with parents. Participants are encouraged to bring a current school eSafety policy and will have an opportunity to refine their existing policy and outline future actions to enhance digital safety in their schools.

The symposium is presented is funded by the eSafety Commissioner and presented by the Digital Empowerment Team: Dr Joanne Orlando (Western Sydney University), Associate Professor Michael Cowling (Central Queensland University) and Associate Professor Kwong Nui Sim ((Sydney Int.
