Due to popular demand we are now revving up for BIG KART TRACK racing for the Year 10 End-of-Year Celebration in 2024 at Australia's Largest Go Kart Track!

It's time to put the school books down, grab your friends, and get on the track for some real fun.

Year 10 students at Immanuel Lutheran College in 2024 are invited to attend this event.

Working with a fully-trained crew, students will race on the largest commercial go karting track in Australia in an environment where safe karting means happy memories and more fun for everybody.

Arriving at 10:45am for a 11:00am start, the cost is $25.00 per student and includes:

15 mins of hair-raising fun in a racing Kart
Balaclava & Protective Safety Helmets
Pre-Race Briefing Session

We have organised lunch afterwards at Mango’s Bar & Grill at The Banana Bender Pub which is a 5-minute drive down the road at 1 Downunder Drive, Palmview.

This will be a set-menu of Pizzas and Pastas with drinks which will be an additional cost of $20.00 p/person.

If you're not up for Go Kart Racing, that's OK, we do need a Cheer Squad and you are welcome to come along and support your peers.

Spectators are FREE but if you plan on coming out for lunch with the Racing Crew you will need to purchase a ticket at the cost of $20.00 per head.

With this Group Booking, the venue requires confirmation of numbers. If you could please purchase your tickets by Wednesday 13/11/2024 that would be greatly appreciated.

Attention - For the Parents!

Parents do not need to stay and supervise their child at this event HOWEVER for those Parents who would like to stay and connect with other Parents there is table seating and viewing at the venue.

Parents are also welcome to attend lunch at the Banana Bender Pub after racing from 1:00pm. This will be PAYG for lunch but please book a FREE Parent - LUNCH ticket so we know our numbers to confirm with the Restaurant.

Pre-Race Safety Briefing

Whether students have been karting before or this is their first time, Big Kart Track crew will provide drivers with a full safety & operational briefing before each race.

Location & Transport

Big Kart Track is located at 2310 Steve Irwin Way at Landsborough on the Sunshine Coast, just off the Bruce Highway. There is plenty of local signage making them easy to find.

Students will need to organise their own transport to Big Kart Track by 10:45am and afterwards to the Banana Bender Pub for Pizza & drinks from 1:00pm. We expect lunch will be finished by 2:150pm for Parent pick-up at the Banana Bender Pub.
